Thelma
Brown, Housing Counselor & Family Advocate
Thelma is a Housing Counselor and Family Advocate for the long-term
case management program at HCSNV. She brings over twenty-five
years of corporate and nonprofit experience to her HCSNV position.
Thelma's success with her program is due to her hands-on experience
and her numerous course studies. Thelma is from Parque Lefevre,
Panama and is fluent in Spanish. Thelma raised her three children
here in Virginia. She loves to dance and read in her spare time. |
